Co-Founder of Zergo (prev. SannTek)
I'm not sure where to start on this one. I co-founded a tech company that got backed by the same investors that backed AirBnB and Stripe. We pivoted a lot during this company, from a weed breathalyzer (bad idea) to where we finally ended up making an ultra-sensitive hormone test for people trying to get pregnant.
MAIN IMPACT:
Built a novel nanotechnology-enabled hormone testing device, raised $3M from investors including Y-Combinator, and had a small but successful exit.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Ran a successful fundraise in <2 months securing $3M cash
Lived in San Francisco for 5 months, attended 1-1 coaching sessions with Paul Bucheit, AirBnB founders and other notable Y-Combinator partners
Employed a team of 12, including multiple engineers with 30+ years of experience
Led company vision in collaboration with co-founder
