Sales Playbook and Employee Handbook
These two projects are perfect examples of work that no one else could do, mostly due to the cross-functional nature of the projects. As you'll see, both documents required a high level attention to detail as well as strong communication with multiple different departments.
Each document took me personally ~40 hours to create, with additional time from collaborators.

Leveled up the sales team by creating the first-ever iteration of the Curebase Sales Playbook
Provided guidance and reference for existing and new sales employees for all aspects of the sales roles
Required working with every single department to ensure detailed documentation of procedures, especially around "hand-off" procedures to delivery departments
Employee Handbook
Collaborated with internal and external employment counsel to understand diverse geographic constraints
Required conversations across the executive team to ensure alignment
Leveraged template and worked to fill in all the gaps and details specific to Curebase
