Oncology Registry
Our most important client at Curebase (also a strategic investor and Top 10 Pharmaceutical company) had three active projects which were starting to see timelines missed and a lack of deliverables.
Our CEO asked me to step-in as Director for all three projects. The most critical of which, being the Oncology Digital Community and Registry.
MAIN IMPACT:
My work on this project reinvigorated the relationship with our most important client. A project that was heading to disaster, is now a likely source of significant future revenue.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Quickly re-assessed timelines and realigned the group with clear expectations.
Developed personas for all users who would eventually engage in the registry.
Identified product gaps and worked with the Head of the Product Department to align the corporate product roadmap with the project's deliverables.
Created a comprehensive user journey.
Worked with Lead Engineers to scope key features, including Social Sign-On and Database-to-Database integrations.
Implemented and designed all aspects of the Digital Community.
