Line Manager Responsibilities
I managed a team of 8 employees and was responsible for our "virtual" research site. This virtual site was the only interface between Curebase and patients. The scope of jobs on the team included onboarding participants, tech support, adverse event reporting, and more.
MAIN IMPACT:
Improved KPI (# of participant visits completed weekly) from 67 to 164. The efficiency of team increased by 144%. More participant visits completed weekly means faster enrollment for the client.
