Investor Updates, Fundraising, Board Meetings
One of my responsibilities as Chief of Staff at Curebase was to add capacity to the CEO. One of the main ways I did this was by leveraging my experience as Co-Founder of Zergo to manage investor relations. I worked in collaboration with the CFO and CEO to create investor related content.
MAIN IMPACT:
Created fundraising investor list and drafted 5 versions of Series B deck which resulted in a successful $40M raise.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Gathered content from executive team and proposed agendas for quarterly board meetings
Sent quarterly email updates to investors
Created list of 193 investors and iterated through 5 decks in preparation for Series B raise
Coordinated all logistics of meeting times and calendar events for board members and guests
Attended all Board Meetings and tracked action items on behalf of the CEO
