One of our long-time strategic decisions was whether to sell our software internationally. Prior to making this decision, our CEO asked me to figure out exactly what rules, guidelines, and regulations we needed to follow.
MAIN IMPACT:
Unlocked the ability to enter new geographic markets and influenced strategic roll-out of software to various countries. Became a critical internal thought leader for international expansion.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Identified and interviewed clinical trial stakeholders in Europe and Asia.
Researched and reported on clinical trial guidelines for 10+ different countries.
Joined international working groups to stay up-to-date with recent regulatory changes.
Documented and presented findings to our CEO and the executive team.
